They think if you are 50+, you must be stupid and naive. They made up many fake computer-generated and computer-operated profiles, simply using stolen photos of people. Very dishonest company! They make profit by exploiting the vulnerable.

DO NOT go near this site. Impossible to get out of automatic subscription even after cancellation they still take money and will not refund then will not let you delete profile as your have not cancelled subscription. But they tell you you have cancelled subscription then take money. Stay clear customer service dreadful.

I have yet to have a match in the same state as where I live and not one of their so called matches will reply to me.When I requested a refund I received a runaround and still don’t have the information I need to get a refund from them.

I’m really disgusted with this site. Six month into a twelve months plan they charged me for another plan that I did not subscribe to. They charged me $658.80 for the new plan! I emailed them, explained the situation, and they didn’t help and even wrote at the end of the email that their “decision was final”. Reading between the lines, they weren’t to listen to me or help me resolve the problem. I reached out to Fair Trading, explained my situation and had a case manager work on my behalf. They were able to contact this site and get my money back. I’m shocked with this behavour. Stay away from this awful company.

I have found this application most annoying to use. I was in the midst of some conversations with some users on the second day of usage for this application. All of a sudden it stopped everything and I needed to verify my account, which means taking a selfie. I hate doing it and I did it like four times. And they all failed. I contacted support the same reply. Unfortunately your account wasn’t verify. How fantastic 👏 Seriously, if you already have my phone number, then what’s so hard about verifying the face? Anyway, I’ve given up on this application. It’s too frustrating for nothing. The verifying process shouldn’t be so hard. Obviously the face on pictures will change depending on the environment.

Like many other sites, it has fake profiles. DON’T give them money. You can also turn on your money. You will never get value on this site. Complete detachment.

Well what can I say. It should have an option for no star rating. After joining, I received hundreds of contacts then suddenly (although I had not changed my password and email address), I’ve been denied access. I have absolutely no idea why and cannot access in order to remove my photo and profile??? Not given any explanation, just so weird.

They don’t let you delete your account unless you stay at least 24 hours with your profile.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I built a profile and keep receiving messages to change my password, every time I do, it sends me to someone elses profile. I can actually enter their private info and change their password. I assume these other people are able to enter my site. I have written customer service for days now and they are offering no help or fix to the problem. Warning: unsecured site!!
